By using finquickcap.com or submitting a financing application or inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Fin Quick LLC provides working-capital financing directly to small businesses. We review the information you submit and, if approved, fund your business under a written agreement. We do not offer consumer loans. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer or funding; any financing is subject to our approval and the terms of the agreement you sign.
Your information
You agree the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your business. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS / text messaging program — "Fin Quick application updates"
- Program description: If you opt in, Fin Quick LLC sends text messages about your financing request: confirming your contact details, requesting documents such as bank statements, and answering your questions. Messages are sent by a Fin Quick representative from our business number.
- How to opt in: On the funding-interest form on our homepage, enter your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Entering a mobile number or submitting the form without checking the box does not authorize SMS messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your request.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at moishe@finquickcap.com or call (305) 339-1045.
- Consent not required: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or obtaining financing.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
